Papua Origin

Empowering Local Farmers, Connecting to Global Markets

Agri Sukses Exportindo believes that Papua’s agricultural potential deserves a place in the global market. Through responsible sourcing and export coordination, we help local farmers reach wider opportunities while supporting rural economic growth in Papua.

Human Story

The People Behind Every Shipment

Every harvest carries a human story. Before a product reaches wider markets, it begins in quiet villages, family gardens, local markets, and traditional gathering places where people live close to the land. In Papua, agriculture is more than production — it is part of daily life, cultural memory, family responsibility, and the small economic movements that keep communities connected.

01

It Begins in Papua’s Villages

High in Papua’s valleys and highlands, families tend the land as generations have before them — nurturing cacao, vanilla, coconut and more with patience and care.

02

From Harvest to Preparation

After the harvest, the work continues through many local hands. Crops are gathered, cleaned, dried, sorted, tied, packed, or carried to nearby markets and collection points. This process may appear simple, but it is the foundation of a small-scale rural economy where families, farmers, traders, and village workers depend on one another. Every basket, sack, and bundle represents more than goods — it represents daily labor, household income, community cooperation, and the hope that local products can create better opportunities for the people of Papua.

03

Local Markets, Living Economies

From the villages and harvest grounds, local products find their way into traditional markets — places where community life continues to move each day. In Papua, the market is more than a space for buying and selling. It is where families gather, farmers meet small traders, mothers bring produce from their gardens, and local food becomes part of daily survival, connection, and shared livelihood.

Every bundle of vegetables, every fruit, and every crop laid on the market table carries the effort of rural households and the rhythm of small-scale agriculture. These markets reflect a living economy built on trust, tradition, and direct human exchange. Behind every simple transaction is a story of family income, community resilience, and the quiet strength of people who keep Papua’s local agricultural life alive.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions
from Buyers

At Agri Sukses Exportindo, we understand that international trade begins with trust. We are committed to transparent communication, clear product specifications, proper documentation, and responsive buyer support. Below are some of the most common questions international buyers may ask before starting cooperation with us.

Are you a trading company or a direct producer?
We are an agro commodity trading and export company working with trusted local supply partners. Our sourcing model is supported by farmer cooperatives, local collectors, and selected suppliers in Papua and other Indonesian regions. This allows us to provide source-area access, flexible order discussion, coordinated preparation, and clearer product information for buyers.
How does Agri Sukses Exportindo build buyer trust?
We build buyer trust through transparent product information, responsive communication, sample or trial shipment options, clear documentation, and export handling based on agreed requirements. Buyers can evaluate product quality, service, and documentation before proceeding to larger commercial orders.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity depends on the product type and stock availability. For Vanilli Papua, sample orders can start from 1 kg. For Papua Copra, initial orders can start from 1 MT. For other commodities such as cocoa, coffee, banana leaves, spices, and other agro products, the minimum order quantity is flexible and can be discussed based on buyer requirements, destination, and product availability.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We highly recommend sample evaluation before a commercial order. Please share your product requirement, grade, quantity, destination country, and preferred specification. Our team will help prepare the sample, product photos, batch information, and supporting documents based on your needs.
What export documents can you provide?
We can support export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from an independent laboratory upon request. Document availability may depend on the product type, destination country, import regulations, and transaction agreement.
How can I contact your team?
The fastest way to contact us is through WhatsApp or our official company email. Our team responds during business hours based on Jakarta Time / Western Indonesia Time (GMT+7). Buyers will communicate directly with the team handling inquiries, samples, quotations, and order coordination.
What is the moisture tolerance for copra shipment?
For Papua Copra, our standard target moisture content is ≤ 6%, with acceptable tolerance up to 7% depending on buyer specification. Each shipment is moisture-tested before packing, and the actual reading is documented in the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) that accompanies the bill of lading. Tighter moisture targets (≤ 5%) can be arranged for premium VCO or food-grade applications upon request.
Can you provide organic certification?
Most of our smallholder partners use no synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers — particularly for Papua vanilla, cocoa, coffee, and sago — but formal organic certification (USDA Organic, EU Organic, JAS) is project-based and arranged together with the buyer due to certification costs and audit timelines. We can support the on-site audit process with documentation and farm access. For most commodity buyers, our standard CoA, Phytosanitary, and origin documentation cover the required compliance.
What is the lead time from order to shipment?
Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks from confirmed order (after payment terms are agreed) depending on product, volume, and destination port. Smaller shipments (1–5 MT samples or trial orders) can usually move within 2–3 weeks. Larger container loads (20FT / 40FT) require longer preparation, especially for products with curing or fermentation cycles (vanilla, cocoa). Sea freight from Papua via Surabaya or Makassar hub adds another 2–5 weeks depending on destination region.
What documents are included with each shipment?
Every shipment includes a complete document set: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (COO), Phytosanitary Certificate from Indonesian authorities, and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) showing moisture, defect, and quality parameters specific to the product. Additional documents such as Health Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, or buyer-specific forms can be arranged based on destination country requirements.
